<h1>Session Types</h1>

The Cluster Console can be invoked three different ways.  Each way specifies a
different type of connection to the remote hosts.  The session types are:

<ul>
<li> <tt>cconsole</tt> - Connects via the
         <a href="cconsole/tc">terminal concentrator</a>,
to the console of each remote host selected
    
 <br><br>
     <b>Note:</b> You can only have one connection to a host console at a 
     time.<p>
<li> <tt>ctelnet</tt> - Connects to each remote host via <tt>telnet</tt><p>
<li> <tt>crlogin</tt> - Connects to each remote host via <tt>rlogin</tt>
</ul>

<b>Note:</b> The session type can only be specified on the
    <a href="cconsole/command_line_options">command line</a>.
Once invoked, the session type cannot be changed.
